While roads were buried, visibility was low, and conditions were unpredictable, our team pushed through with grit, professionalism, and genuine care for the customers who rely on us every day. It wasn’t an easy day by any means, yet they showed up, stayed safe, and kept deliveries moving when many thought it couldn’t be done.

What truly made the day remarkable was the response from our regular customers. Many reached out expressing surprise — and even admiration — at how we managed to operate during such an unexpected weather event.
