There’s something truly special about Miracles Bakery, a rising local favorite currently operating under a ghost kitchen and taking orders directly through their Facebook page. Behind this bakery is the previous owner of Active Courier — someone our community already knows for reliability, consistency, and genuine care. Now, that same dedication shows up in every bake.

I’ve ordered from them a couple of times already, and I can honestly say this:

✨ Their pulled pork siopao is my all‑time favorite — hands down the best siopao in Winnipeg.   Soft, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and unlike anything else I’ve tried.

Their pandesal is another standout. I can confidently say it’s one of the best in the city. Since it’s just me and my partner who eat pandesal at home, it has to last for days — and I couldn’t believe it. It stays soft, fresh, and delicious even without any spread or palaman, as we Filipinos call it. That’s how you know it’s made right.

And the ensaymada? Same story — soft, fresh, and made with the kind of care that keeps you coming back.

One thing I really appreciate is how quickly they respond to messages. Kathy is incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — the kind of small‑business owner who makes you feel welcome with every interaction.
